  • 500g tomato puree
  • 6-7 slices of bread
  • a mozzarella

In a saucepan, fry a clove of garlic in a splash of oil and then add the tomato puree. Add salt, add a pinch of sugar and cook with the lid on for 10-15 minutes.

After the necessary time, we dirty the bottom of a baking dish with a little sauce and make a layer of bread soaked in the broth. Cover everything with more sauce and add some chopped mozzarella and a good layer of grated Parmesan cheese. Hide the cheeses with a layer of bread that you will cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of broth and top everything with chopped mozzarella and grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When cooked, remove the lasagna from the oven and serve warm with a few fresh basil leaves.
