As for the recipe, I have decided to make one. Express “pizza” with instant yeast. The quotes come from the non-presumption of defining the result of the pizza but, in any case, I invite you to try it anyway; often you don’t have time to wait for the classic 24-hour yeast and this may be the right solution to bring a tasty snack to the table. INGREDIENTS

  • For a medium loaf
  • 350g of flour –
  • Salt 7/8g-
  • 150ml of water at room temperature
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast –
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.

  • 400g of flour
  • 10 / 12g of salt
  • 1 sachet of instant yeast –
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 200ml of water at room temperature

INSTRUCTIONS

in a bowl beat the flour with the yeast and then add the salt.

Once all the powdered ingredients are well mixed add the water several times, mix and finish with the addition of oil. The dough should be compact and not very sticky.

Let rest in the bowl for about 30 minutes and, after the necessary time, stretch the dough in a greased mold.. You do rise in a pan for another 10 minutes, season and bake at 190°/200° for 20 minutesthe. Halfway through cooking, add the drained mozzarella and the rest of the ingredients.
