The Fair will be an opportunity for Zerbinati to present, in addition to the novelties, the new collaboration with Roncadin – a company from Meduno (PN) specialized in frozen pizzas – for which it will market and distribute the new range of fresh products: La Pinsa, a base versatile and light, with long yeast and “hand pinata”, and Il Trancio, a “high” pizza available in both the classic margherita and the margherita with lactose-free mozzarella.

A new line of single-portion salads, inspired by home delivery trends, which take the form of an original novelty on the shelf. Already washed and ready to eat, they are designed to be used as a base for the creation of the most requested individual dishes on food delivery platforms or as delicious side dishes:

THE SINGLE RATIONS – VERY GOOD IN SUMMER
For the summer season, Zerbinati expands the Le Monoportzioni line with a new recipe, Soup with Dried Tomatoes and Basil, 100% plant-based, based on fresh vegetables and exclusively Italian extra virgin olive oil: an important opportunity to offer a shelf that is always up-to-date and in line with seasonality, with a reference to it also on the packaging to be noticed by the consumer.
Two other summer references are already part of the line, the Summer Minestrone with beans, peas, zucchini and green beans, fresh seasonal ingredients that make you savor the goodness of tradition even in summer, and the Summer Soup with Cereals , a mixture of fresh vegetables and cereals rich in fiber that also help to give the dish a crunchy touch.
